The client(s) agree to the terms of service once dealing with commissioning the artistArt size & resolution: mostly A4 size with 350 dpi
Final file result: JPG & PNG (PDF for print by request)
Background: simple color background free
Additional character: price will be 50% from base price
Additional background: it charge start from IDR 35k or 15$ for Anime Style Illustrations
Reference: I will only accept high-quality/clear photo references for better results, or you can brief me your ideas and references by chat to the artist. Artist have the right to refuse a commission if it’s not accompained by a clear reference.
Dos: OC/Persona, Fanart, Anime, or as long it’s besides Don’ts
Don’ts: NSFW, Mecha, Gore, Fantasy, Furry, Complicated detail clothes, draw another artist’s style

workflow

1. Contact me for commission by Twitter or Instagram to ask slot and discuss about commission
2. If the artist deal with commission request, client(s) fill out the commission form
3. The process will be ongoing, the artist will be giving sketch/es, it possible to make a revision here
4. Once you satisfied with the sketch, I will send you an invoice and client(s) will pay the down payment
5. Coloring and finishing process
6. The artist will be asking your approval for result, it possible to make a revision here
7. The last process and finishing touch then the artist will turnaround of artwork after full paymentRevision: It is possible 2 times revisions
Work hours: it is estimating 1-2 weeks to finishing the artwork, depends on the complexity the brief and waitinglist
Cancelation as client(s): it may only before the artist send the sketch, the down payment will be full refund
Cancelation as the artist: it can be canceled when the order is beyond artist capability, full of slot for commission, or cancel by any condition, it will be 100% full refund to client(s)

Payment Method

Pay 50% for a down payment at sketching process
Full payment for the rest of the price when the client gets the final result
Payment method available: QRIS (local IDR) and PayPal (inter USD)
No refund after the work begins and deal with the price (or read the cancelation as client)

Copyright & usage terms

Personal use only: all commission for personal use only, the copyright still belong to the artist | DO NOT: RESALE the artwork, make the artwork as merchandise for SALE, EDIT the artwork even with permited, using the artwork to GENERATE AI
Commercial use terms: the price will be charge 2X for commercial use, please discus with the artist first
For commercial use, it possible to: get “COMMERCIAL LICENCE” Document, allowed to EDIT, COPY, and SELL the work without violating the limitations that are stated on the “Commercial License” Document
Publishing: the clients must give proper credit to the artist whenever it publishes the work made by the artist
Copyright attribution: the artist hold the copyright for every artwork, all commission art will be posted on social media and used as my portfolio, so let me know if you mind
